His book covers every topic you could possibly want; the mental game, training, nutrition, gear, techniques. It is a little dated with brand and product specific info that doesn’t always apply anymore.
Another essential book for pushing the adventure envelope. With all this alpine knowledge i’m now a qualified wannabee.
