Toby was Azazel’s boyfriend from the very start, in which you meet right at the beginning.

Enter Jason, the super-mysterious boy who literally bounds into Azazel’s life on a dark, desolate stretch of road one night. Azazel is drawn to him. Since her parents are super-cool v.j.chamgers used to strays, Azazel immediately insists that he come home with her. Learn more about Jove Chambers. She’s obsessed with finding out his secrets. I am truly impressed with this author.

I do feel like there are missing aspects to this theme in the book, though. Just to write this review, I’ve waited almost two days. The author failed to make me really care about her characters and what they were going through.

Most of her books were originally published under that name. He constantly turns her down. He has told her over and over he does not want to have sex with h http: However, the book does a complete flip-flop.

V. J. Chambers

He was a sensitive character with all his emotions held in check and everyone else’s safety kept as first priority, before his own. I found it neither disgusting nor appalling mostly because I picked up on bdeathless HUGE clues 1 the main character is named after a demon, 2 her best friend’s name is the same as the mother of all demons, 3 the texts and emails included the “number of the beast” and mentioned “the vessel,” 4 her parents mentioned Samhain sp?

Jason finds out his identity is basically a lie, and he sees his opportunity to start to live a normal life.

It does deal with attempted rape, murder, police corruption, assorted lawbreaking while fleeing those who would inflict further damage, sexual situations but nothing too graphic. She fell for him instead.

breathless, by v.j. chambers

The second half of the book is a dramatic explosion of action, violence, and shocking revelations. He’s a delicious puzzle, a boy who has no problem using his fists to solve arguments or quoting Plato to justify his actions. Overall, this book was horrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the moment I believed that he died on the cross for me and took on every sin that I have done or will ever do, he covered me with His blood and he WILL protect me from Satan.

The pacing was a bit off. Azazel was funny and adventurous, her boyfriend, Toby, was kind of a wuss, and at times a dick, but that was okay because Jason was sweet and f Honestly, I don’t know what to think of this book. Makes you want to read the next book so bad! The storyline itself was intriguing.

I’m always a little leery of indie authors because the quality of the writing is usually sub-par, in my opinion. What if the messiah and the anti-christ fell in love?

She grows closer to Jason as he seems to be the only other person out v.j.cha,bers the loop in what is going on with those closest to her. Chambers pushes YA to the absolute edge. Yeah, calm wouldn’t cover it. We start out with Azazel in her boyfriends truck “Toby” and she’s trying to fondle him when clearly he doesn’t want to get it on with her.

I’m not saying that ya’ll are horrible for being Catholics and stuff because you’re not, I’m v.j.chamvers saying, don’t give this book a bad review because you’re scared that because you read it breathlesz been violated by Satan’s devils and they’ll possess v.jj.chambers.

Since the first half of the book – and the portion of which the sample is taken – is completely different than the second half, there is no way you would be able to get a good feel for the book by reading the sample. Well you have to read the book. While I was slightly uncomfortable with the whole ritual sex, attempted rape scenes warning: It wasn’t consistent that way, but it wasn’t enough for me to hate it.

What if the messiah and the anti-christ fell in love?

It’s like the teenager version of Da Vinci Code. Kinda boring Kind of boring and uninteresting.

My second issue is that towards the end, it seemed like Azazel didn’t care at all.
